Glucosamine is a naturally occurring nutrient which is important for joint function. Our bodies naturally produce Glucosamine but as we get older, the amount we produce starts to decrease.

MSM is a natural compound, which is needed for the formation of bone and collagen in the tissues that surround our joints as well as for healthy skin, hair and nails.

What does Bio-Glucosamine + MSM do?
Glucosamine is used within the body to form more complex molecules, which are necessary for the maintenance and repair of cartilage and other connective tissues (ligaments, tendons) in joints.

Damage to these components typically results in back pain, osteo-(wear and tear) arthritis and rheumatoid-(inflammatory) arthritis. Glucosamine also promotes a healthy lining to the digestive tract. MSM helps to maintain normal flexibility of joints and arteries. MSM also increases transdermal (skin) absorption of glucosamine.

Recommended usage
The cream should be applied generously to painful joints 2-3 times per day, via gentle massage until the cream is absorbed.
