What is Bio-Culture?
Bio-Culture is a dietary supplement containing ‘friendly’ bacteria known as probiotics, which help to maintain a healthy digestive system. The best studied probiotics are the lactic acid bacterial strains Lactobacillus acidophilus (found mainly in the small intestine) and Bifidobacterium lactis (found mainly in the large intestine). Both are components of the natural intestinal flora.

The probiotics in Bio-Culture may therefore help to maintain a healthy digestive system. Bio-Culture may also help to maintain optimal immune system function, as approximately 70% of your immune system is found in your gut. Your immune system needs to be functioning well to prevent and fight infection, prevent allergies and autoimmune diseases and inhibit bacterial enzymes involved in the formation of some carcinogens.

Recommended dosage
1 capsule, 3 times daily. For best results swallow the capsules whole with water. Alternatively the capsule content can be emptied out and taken with food.
