1. What are your delivery rates?
Standard shipping depends on the weight of the item ordered:

Special delivery can also be selected for an extra charge at the checkout stage. For all multibuy orders delivery is free.
2. When will my order be delivered?
We will normally send your order to you in 7 business days at the latest. If an item on your order is not in stock we will put it on back order and deliver it as soon as it arrives as a priority. A confirmation email will be received after you place an order online and if anything is on back order you will be notified of this. You may cancel at any time if you prefer not to wait.
3. What is your exchange and refund policy?
Health Without Wealth comply with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) 2000" Regulations. Provided you keep goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 21 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that period. If the goods are faulty or damaged, contact us within 28 days and you will be entitled to replacement or a full refund and we will credit returns costs. Health Without Wealth reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.
4. How secure is your site?
Customers are transferred to our WorldPay or PayPal secure transaction facility for processing. Your card details are taken on secure servers making your online transaction completely secure. You do not need to have an account with either of these providers to place your order. Your details are not recorded unless you place your order via telephone, then they are kept in strict confidentiality and destroyed once the order has been dispatched. Alternatively we can also accept payment by personal cheque and postal order.
5. When will payment be taken?
If paying online, funds will be transferred immediately from your online account to us, as is standard procedure for WorldPay and PayPal. For payments over the phone, payment will not be taken until goods have been dispatched. For orders paid for by cheque, goods will be sent after the cheque has cleared (usually 3-5 days).
6. What methods of payment can I use?
For online orders, PayPal and WorldPay provide our secure payment servers. You can use any major credit or debit card with either provider, no registration is necessary. For telephone orders, again all major credit and debit cards are accepted. You may also pay by cheque or postal order.
